Enrollment for 2024-25
If you're interested in enrolling your NEW student at Kenowa Hills next fall, please visit khps.org/enrollment.
Both breakfast and lunch will be provided to our students at no cost by the State of Michigan during the 2024-25 school year.
We will be collecting the Education Benefits Form again. While this form doesn't affect your student getting free meals, the data collected helps fund many other programs in our District.
We have switched to LINQ Connect instead of e-funds. Download the free LINQ Connect app below where you can easily fund meal accounts, pay school fees, find menus, and fill out the Education Benefits form.
Questions regarding food service can be directed to Megan Johnson, Director of Food and Nutrition Services, at (616) 965-4340.
The Ride 360 app that Kenowa Hills uses to provide our families with student transportation information will be retired, and an updated app will be available. This new app, My Ride K-12, can be downloaded now in the Apple and Android app stores. You will need to download the new app to access updated transportation information for your student(s). Usernames and passwords from Ride 360 will carry over into My Ride K-12. Additionally, you can use your existing log-in information to access a web version of My Ride K-12 at myridek12.tylerapp.com.
Kenowa Hills is proud to partner with My Ride K-12, an in-vehicle GPS geolocation to provide parents and students with real-time access to bus stop locations, transportation routes, pick-up times, and more. If you need to create a new account, get started using the instructions below.

All incoming 9th graders, new students, and any student that turned in their Chromebook in the spring may pick it up during registration in the Media Center. The Tech Department will be available for pick
up and to take payments for Technology Protection Plans. All students, even those students who decided to keep their Chromebooks, can pay their Technology Protection Plans. Kenowa Hills Public
Schools has made arrangements for an optional technology protection plan (Technology Protection
Plan) to be available for purchase for each device issued to a student. The $30 annual fee per
device plan will cover accidental damage to the Chromebook and theft. This protection plan
does not cover for loss of the device and/or its accessories, cosmetic damage, or damages caused
by misuse and/or abuse. Protection Plan enrollment deadline is Friday, September 13, 2024. Payment can be made by cash, check or card in the Media Center. e~Funds is also available and is the preferred method of payment.
If your student misses registration, photo make-up day is scheduled for 9/23/24. Photos retakes will be 10/29/24.
Parking Registration forms and stickers will be available to pick up at registration for those students that drive to school. Each car must be registered. The cost will be $20 for a parking sticker. After registration, they can be purchased in the main office. Students should park in the student lot on the west side of the building. If students arrive after 7:45am the student entrance will be locked, so they will need to park in the student lot by the tennis courts and enter through the main office. Please encourage your student to be on time to school every day.

All high school athletes must have a physical on file with the athletic office dated on or after April 15, 2024, to participate in a high school sport at Kenowa Hills High School. Each athlete will need the following items to participate:
All necessary documents must be submitted through FinalForms, and payment can be made in FinalForms, through e-Funds, or in person to the Athletic Office during the office hours listed below. Pink Slips will no longer be issued.
Please direct any athletic department questions to Vicki Bekins, via email at vbekins@khps.org or by calling 616.784.2115.
Knight Athletic Department is very excited to announce that the high school & middle school have partnered with FinalForms, an online forms and data management service. FinalForms allows you to complete and sign athletic participation forms for your students participating in athletics.
FinalForms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice! FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your students, saving you time.
You may review your data at any time to verify it is current. You will be required to sign your forms one time a year and after any updates. Click on the Parent Playbook below to get started in FinalForms. The playbook will walk you through how to register as a parent/guardian and your student-athlete.
We are asking ALL parents of athletes to use FinalForms. Please register at FinalForms and follow the prompts to create your account, create your students, and sign all your forms prior to the first day of fall sports on August 12, 2024.

TRANSPORTATION BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL CAREOur Personal Mastery educational experience has redefined education and has gained attention around the state and nation. Personal Mastery provides your child with personalized attention from teachers. Instead of teaching to a broad group of students without an understanding of their individual strengths and weaknesses, Personal Mastery allows teachers to interact with students individually or in small groups to help them better address their weaknesses. In this way, we strive to help your child reach their full potential.
