A Note from the Principal
Thank you to all who were able to attend our recent Parent-Teacher Conferences. We had a great turnout, and it was nice to share the progress and successes of our students. Your involvement continues to play a key role in their achievements!
Today, our 9th through 11th grade students participated in the PSAT and SAT testing during the half day. These assessments are an important step in preparing for the actual test later on, and we appreciate the focus and effort our students put into them.
As we move into the spring season, we’re excited to see our spring sports teams gearing up. Best of luck to all our coaches and athletes as they begin their seasons. We look forward to celebrating their successes as well.
Thank you for your continued support and dedication to our school community!

Hello Families,
As we wrap up another eventful week, I am filled with pride reflecting on the incredible efforts and energy our students and staff have brought to this school year. This week, we concluded our Mental Health Awareness campaign with the Paint Kenowa Green Initiative. It was inspiring to see the entire school community come together to raise awareness and show support for mental well-being.
In addition, we were excited to send a group of our young men to the African American Leadership Conference at Grand Rapids Community College. It was a wonderful opportunity for them to connect, learn, and grow as leaders.
It’s hard to believe that today marks the last day of February and we are already heading into March. With the arrival of a new month comes a busy week ahead, as we prepare for Parent-Teacher Conferences on Tuesday and Thursday. I encourage all families to take advantage of this opportunity to connect with our dedicated educators and discuss your student’s progress.
Looking ahead, we are excited to host the MHSAA Gymnastics State Tournament this coming weekend. It’s a thrilling time for our student-athletes and we are proud to support them as they compete at the highest level.
Wishing you all a wonderful weekend ahead. Thank you for your continued support of Kenowa Hills High School, and we look forward to seeing you at our upcoming events.
Wishing you all a great weekend!

Personal Mastery provides your child with personalized attention from teachers. Instead of teaching to a broad group of students without an understanding of their individual strengths and weaknesses, Personal Mastery allows teachers to interact with students individually or in small groups to help them better address their weaknesses. In this way, we strive to help your child reach their full potential.
