Things to be working on now:

  • Start making a plan of what you want to do after high school (for example: college, military, trade school, apprenticeships, workforce, etc.)
  • Start visiting colleges and trade schools
  • Start creating a list of your accomplishments for letters of recommendation
  • Create a folder in your email to keep track of all your postsecondary plans
  • Be on the lookout to sign up for college admissions and military meetings that will take place during advisory next month at our high school

During the week of September 22, the student services team will be coming into your English classes to go over postsecondary planning. After your class meetings, please sign up with student services if you have any questions or needs that have not been addressed.

OLDER NEWS & ANNOUNCEMENTS

New Raptor Visitor Management System
As part of our ongoing commitment to providing safe and secure learning environments, we are excited to announce the implementation of the Raptor Visitor Management System beginning this school year. This new system will replace our traditional paper sign-in process and provide a more effective way to monitor and track visitors, volunteers, and guests on campus.

When visiting our school, guests will check in at the front office by presenting a government-issued photo ID. The Raptor system will:

  • Instantly screen IDs against public sex offender databases.
  • Maintain an accurate and secure record of all campus visitors.
  • Print a visitor badge with the guest’s name, photo, and date for easy identification while on school grounds.

For those wishing to volunteer, please remember that a district background check is required annually in addition to the Raptor sign-in process. To begin this step, simply bring your photo ID to the front office.

We appreciate your support in helping us strengthen campus safety. With your partnership, we can ensure a safe learning environment for every student.
